Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our Portland - Vancouver metro area locations. You’ll lead teams, ensure top-notch guest experiences, and drive operational success in a fast-paced, upscale casual setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all restaurant operations, maintaining high standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls using fresh, local ingredients.
  • Handle guest issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales and labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support menu updates and operational improvements.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale casual dining.
  • Proven leadership in high-volume settings with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including grilling and local sourcing.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and financial reporting.
  • Passion for the restaurant industry.
