Key Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in restaurant operations, guest experience, and team leadership. Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure seamless service
• Training and developing team members to meet high operational standards
• Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and equipment compliance
• Driving guest satisfaction and handling customer interactions
• Supporting inventory, scheduling, and financial management

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
• Strong leadership, urgency, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Results-driven, team-oriented mindset
