What You’ll Do

  • Lead, train, and develop a team of service professionals to uphold fine dining standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring flawless execution in both service and food quality.
  • Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and training programs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant concepts
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Food Safety Certification required
  • Dedication to hospitality, with availability and presence on the restaurant floor at all times
