We’re looking for a motivated, people-first General Manager to lead our Plymouth, MA location. This is a high-impact role for a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in hospitality, and knows how to build a winning team while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations—people, service, food and beverage execution, finances, and local marketing—while keeping a sharp eye on performance and profitability.


What You’ll Be Doing


1. Training & Staff Development

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent
  • Develop a strong, accountable team culture through coaching and feedback
  • Create and execute training programs that elevate performance at all levels
  • Lead by example with consistent expectations and hands-on leadership


2. Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences every day
  • Create a service culture that prioritizes hospitality, cleanliness, and speed
  • Respond to guest concerns professionally and proactively
  • Build guest loyalty through consistent execution and community presence


3. Food & Beverage (F&B) Management

  • Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Ensure bar and beverage execution aligns with company expectations
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
  • Control waste and ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices


4. Operational & Administrative Duties

  • Drive day-to-day restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and labor management
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and administrative functions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility


5. Marketing (Social + 4 Walls)

  • Strengthen the restaurant’s presence in the community and locally-driven sales efforts
  • Execute in-store and neighborhood marketing initiatives (“4 Walls” marketing)
  • Lead social media efforts: posting, promotion planning, and engagement strategies
  • Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to grow traffic and reputation

6. Full Knowledge of P&L’s

  • Own the financial performance of the restaurant
  • Understand and manage all P&L line items: sales, COGS, labor, controllables, and profitability
  • Use metrics to identify trends and drive improvement
  • Build action plans that produce measurable results and sustained growth


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong team leadership and training ability
  • Hands-on operational mindset with high standards for service and execution
  • Solid understanding of P&L’s and financial performance drivers
  • Comfort with local marketing, social media, and community outreach
  • Reliable, organized, and performance-driven
