Your Role & Impact

As a leader in our fast-casual environment, you will act as a small business owner, taking full responsibility for the Shack’s operations. You will champion our mission to deliver sustainable seafood and memorable guest experiences.

• Lead & Inspire: Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing, diverse crew.
• Operational Excellence: Manage P&Ls, inventory, and schedules to optimize controllable expenses and sales.
• Guest Experience: Cultivate a warm, welcoming atmosphere that highlights our commitment to quality.
• Hands-On Management: Work alongside your team on the line, maintaining exceptional standards for safety and cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership: Demonstrated joy in leading people and a commitment to continuous team growth.
• Passion: An intrinsic love for high-quality seafood and creating genuine guest connections.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial metrics (P&Ls, COGS) or a strong eagerness to learn.
• Requirements: Food handler certification and the ability to meet physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs). Previous restaurant management experience is a plus.
