Our team is opening its first Arizona location in Chandler this November, and we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to help launch and lead our back-of-house operations.

Our brand is built on scratch-made food, craft beer, and a commitment to hospitality and consistency. With eight high-volume locations in Southern California, we’re now expanding into a high-growth market and looking for strong leaders to grow with us.


Position Overview:

As Kitchen Manager in Chandler AZ, you will oversee daily kitchen operations and lead a team committed to delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of kitchen systems, food safety, and cost management.


Key Responsibilities- Kitchen Manager, Chandler, AZ

  • Supervise and lead BOH staff including hiring, training, and ongoing performance management.
  • Ensure all recipes and prep procedures are followed with consistency and accuracy.
  • Oversee food prep, line execution, portion control, and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and execute accurate ordering and waste reduction practices.
  • Monitor food and labor costs and work collaboratively with the GM to achieve financial targets.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, including local regulatory compliance and ServSafe requirements.
  • Foster a positive and professional kitchen environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and pride in execution.


Qualifications- Kitchen Manager, Chandler, AZ

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a kitchen manager or sous chef role within a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Solid understanding of food and labor cost controls, inventory systems, and kitchen safety protocols.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
