Job Qualifications:
To excel in the Director of Food and Beverage role, you'll need:
A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a country club, resort, or fine dining setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and financial performance in food and beverage operations.

Job Responsibilities:
As the Director of Food and Beverage in Rio Verde, AZ, you will:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service and outstanding guest experiences.
- Manage and mentor a dynamic team of kitchen and dining staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
