Your Qualifications

We’re seeking motivated hospitality leaders who are ready to grow. Ideal candidates bring:

• Experience: 2–3 years of bar management experience required

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead shifts, coach staff, and support management initiatives

• Drive: Hands-on, proactive leader with a strong work ethic

• Operational Knowledge: Exposure to scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost controls

• Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and confident communicator

• Local Insight: Familiarity with the Charlotte nightlife scene is a plus

Key Responsibilities

As Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager by:

• Operational Support: Assisting with daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

• Team Leadership: Supervising shifts, coaching team members, and helping build a strong culture

• Guest Experience: Maintaining high service standards and resolving guest concerns

• Financial Oversight: Supporting inventory management, labor control, and performance tracking

• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and alcohol regulations

• Marketing & Promotions: Assisting with events, promotions, and local marketing efforts

• Culture Building: Fostering a positive, inclusive, and accountable team environment
