Proven success leading high-volume, full-service kitchens

Strong knowledge of scratch cooking and food execution standards

Experience with food cost control, inventory, ordering, and labor management

Ability to train, coach, and retain BOH team members

Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and compliance

Hands-on leadership style with high accountability
