The Role


As the Assistant General Manager, you will partner directly with the General Manager and Area Leader to drive operational excellence and financial success. You will be instrumental in bringing our mission and values to life, ensuring both guests and team members have an exceptional experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including scheduling, forecasting, labor management, and inventory control.
  • Team Development: Lead recruiting, orientation, and training efforts. Provide consistent performance feedback and recognition to foster a culture of growth and positivity.
  • Financial Performance: Assist in executing administrative duties such as P&L management, budgeting, and cost controls to meet food, beverage, and labor goals.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure the delivery of uncommonly delicious food and a spirit of genuine hospitality.
  • Safety & Compliance: Oversee food safety initiatives and ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.





What You Bring to the Table

  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, make sound decisions, and resolve incidents effectively.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial metrics and safety standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week (occasionally 40 based on business needs).
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures.
  • Comfortable working in a kitchen environment, including near open flames and in tight spaces.
