As Restaurant District Manager of multiple fast-paced restaurant locations in No Salt Lake City, UT, you’ll become part of a supportive culture that values performance and provides unmatched opportunities for professional growth. Job Responsibilities
As a Restaurant District Manager stationed in No Salt Lake City, UT, your key responsibilities will include:
Operational Excellence
- Managing daily activities across multiple locations.
- Ensuring excellence in Cleanliness, Quality, Service, and Speed at every restaurant.
- Monitoring compliance with food quality, portion requirements, and recipes.
- Supervising menu rollouts, promotional events, and strategic initiatives.
Leadership Development
- Mentoring and directly supporting General Managers, preparing them for ongoing success.
- Holding regular performance reviews and goal-setting meetings with store leadership.
- Identifying, hiring, and onboarding top talent while actively working to build bench strength.
- Proactively addressing and resolving performance challenges.
Financial Oversight
- Guiding General Managers in understanding key financial metrics like prime costs, labor targets, food cost variance, and waste tracking.
- Routinely auditing financial reports to detect and solve issues before they grow.
- Ensuring proper labor schedules and inventory ordering processes are maintained.
Systems & Accountability
- Enforcing operational systems, SOPs, and accountability measures with consistency.
- Maintaining regular reporting to the Director of Operations.
Culture & Experience
- Delivering superior guest experiences through outstanding service and hospitality.
- Modeling urgency, professionalism, and effective leadership practices.
Compliance & Safety
- Upholding industry standards for food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
