Key Responsibilities

 

You will oversee day-to-day operations for both the front and back of the house, ensuring our high standards are met.

  • Staff Management: Handle all aspects of team leadership, including recruiting, training, scheduling, payroll, and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Customer Excellence: Preserve exceptional levels of service by identifying customer needs and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Operational Success: Manage profit goals, analyze financial statements (income and expenses), and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and company policies.
