Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Assist in the effective daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring all company policies and procedures are executed within established guidelines.
- Team Supervision: Oversee, mentor, and support all team members to ensure peak performance.
- Training & Development: Facilitate the training, onboarding, and orientation of new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cost Control: Monitor and enforce policies regarding cost control to maximize profitability.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1 year of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred; willing to train highly motivated candidates.
- Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Skills: Strong business math, accounting, and analytical decision-making skills. Excellent time management and communication capabilities.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of the shift.
