Position Overview


Under the guidance of the General Manager, you will oversee the effective operation of the restaurant, balancing high standards of guest service with rigorous operational controls. You will be instrumental in building a culture of excellence, ensuring that our long-standing tradition of quality is maintained in every dish served and every interaction made.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership & Team Development

  • Champion Staff Growth: Take the lead in recruiting, hiring, and training top-tier talent. You will actively coach, mentor, and discipline staff to ensure performance aligns with our high standards.
  • Culture of Excellence: Foster a positive work environment by conducting orientations, leading shift line-ups, and assessing employee performance to drive professional development.
  • Hands-On Management: Lead by example. Whether it’s managing the Front of House or jumping onto a cooking station during peak volumes, you are ready to support your team where they need it most.


Operational Efficiency & Financial Acumen

  • Profitability Management: Assist in monitoring the unit’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. You will be accountable for controlling labor costs, food costs, and general operating expenses to meet budget projections.
  • Inventory Control: Take an active role in weekly inventory procedures, ensuring accurate calculations, proper receiving of products, and waste reduction.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Uphold impeccable standards for cleanliness and organization. You will ensure the facility maintains a sanitation score above 80% and that all food safety protocols are strictly adhered to.


Administrative Precision

  • Process Management: Ensure the accurate and timely completion of daily logs, line checks, and financial reporting.
  • Communication: Serve as a bridge between staff and upper management, effectively communicating directives and fostering transparency.


Candidate Profile

  • Commitment: Available to work approximately 55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with the flexibility to adapt to business needs.
  • Physical Resilience: Capable of standing for 90% of the shift and lifting up to 70 pounds regularly.
  • Experience: Previous management experience in a high-volume dining environment is essential.
  • Certifications: Possession of (or ability to obtain) ServSafe and CPR certification.
