Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the heart of our restaurant. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations while upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety, and team performance. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be instrumental in controlling costs, managing inventory, and developing a talented culinary team dedicated to delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Uphold and enforce all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to build a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Manage food and labor costs effectively to meet financial targets.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and motivating a BOH team.
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements, cost control, and inventory management.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding setting.
