Job Summary
We are currently seeking experienced leaders to join our team in two key roles: Restaurant Manager and Restaurant General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Restaurant General Manager
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness are met.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the management team and staff to foster a culture of excellence and high retention.
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive guest traffic and sales growth.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Supervise front-of-house operations during shifts, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Assist in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
- Train and coach staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth execution of food service.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in a full-service, casual, or premium casual dining environment.
- Beverage Knowledge: Experience managing a full bar program is essential.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant financials and operational systems.
- Passion: A genuine love for food, beverage, and hospitality.
