Job Summary
We are currently seeking experienced leaders to join our team in two key roles: Restaurant Manager and Restaurant General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Restaurant General Manager

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring all standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness are met.

• Manage financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control strategies.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the management team and staff to foster a culture of excellence and high retention.

• Implement marketing initiatives to drive guest traffic and sales growth.

• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.

• Supervise front-of-house operations during shifts, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.

• Train and coach staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth execution of food service.

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in a full-service, casual, or premium casual dining environment.

• Beverage Knowledge: Experience managing a full bar program is essential.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant financials and operational systems.
