The Role: Executive Leadership & Operational Excellence
As General Manager, you will hold full executive accountability for the restaurant's performance, overseeing all aspects of the business from P&L management to guest relations. You will lead a large operations team, setting the standard for service excellence in the DC metro area.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Oversight: Manage a high-volume operation exceeding $10M+ in annual sales, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

• Operational Command: Direct daily operations with a focus on precision, consistency, and guest satisfaction in a polished, upscale setting.

• Executive Collaboration: Work closely with a renowned chef and ownership to align culinary vision with operational execution.

• Financial Stewardship: Master the P&L, implementing strategies to control costs, maximize revenue, and achieve aggressive financial targets.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier management and service team, fostering a culture of hospitality and professional development.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the concept within the local community and industry, maintaining its reputation as a premier dining destination.

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume ($10M+) upscale or fine dining environment.

• Local Knowledge: Experience working in the Washington, DC, or surrounding markets is highly preferred.

• Leadership Style: A polished, articulate communicator who can lead by example and inspire a diverse team.

• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
