About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
Drive sales growth and profitability
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory controls
Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations

Qualifications

3+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or Assistant GM preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High energy with a guest-first mindset
Ability to work a structured 48-hour work week
