Location: Central New Hampshire preferred (Candidates based in Southern NH are welcome to apply, provided they understand and are willing to accommodate required regular travel to our Northern NH locations).
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 Base Salary

A beloved and highly respected hospitality brand is conducting a strictly confidential search for an Executive Culinary Director. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-level, multi-unit leadership role with one of New England’s most recognized restaurant groups. We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on culinary leader who can drive culinary excellence, foster team growth, and maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect.
The Role
As the Executive Culinary Director, you will be the driving force behind our culinary operations across multiple locations. You will not just manage from a desk; you will be in the kitchens, working closely with your teams to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Unit Leadership: Oversee and direct culinary operations across multiple diverse restaurant units, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand standards.
- Menu Development & Execution: Take the lead on innovative menu development, rollout, and flawless execution across all assigned locations.
- Hands-On Team Development: Actively mentor, train, and develop Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, and back-of-house staff. Cultivate a culture of pride, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee kitchen logistics, food cost management, and quality control across all kitchens.
- Travel: Travel regularly between locations
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven, extensive background as a multi-unit Executive Chef or Culinary Director in a high-volume hospitality group.
- Culinary Expertise: A strong, diverse culinary background with a deep understanding of menu engineering, food trends, and multi-kitchen execution.
- Leadership Style: A proven track record of hands-on team development. You lead by example and know how to build and retain strong culinary teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between front-of-house, back-of-house, and executive leadership.
- Discretion: Ability to handle this role and the transition with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
