Key Responsibilities

• Direct all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of brand standards and delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

1. Assume full P&L accountability, strategically managing food costs, labor, and operational expenses to achieve profitability targets.

1. Lead by example on the floor, actively engaging with guests and staff during peak service hours to model and maintain a culture of hospitality.

1. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes staff retention and professional growth.

1. Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and process improvement.

• Required Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.

1. Sales Volume: Proven success managing restaurant operations with annual sales volumes between $1.8M and $2.2M.
