The Lead Line Cook will play a key role in maintaining our scratch kitchen standards, executing seasonal, rotating menus, and supporting the overall success of the culinary team. The Lead Line Cook will be responsible for ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and upholding the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This role requires strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to mentor and support team members.
