Your Role as Kitchen Manager

As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all back-of-house operations and ensure the kitchen runs efficiently while maintaining high standards.

  • Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality, consistency, and speed of service

  • Train, coach, and mentor a high-performing culinary team

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to meet financial goals

  • Partner with leadership to execute menus, features, and operational initiatives

  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of high-volume kitchen leadership experience

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and retain teams

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and operational best practices

  • Experience managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls

  • Culinary education or certifications are a plus, but not required

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
