In this role, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, tasked with delivering solutions that optimize profitability, enhance team performance, and maintain our rigorous standard of hospitality. What You Will Do:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of hospitality and service is consistently provided to our guests.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff. Create a productive, respectful, and fast-paced environment where team members can thrive.
  • Financial & Inventory Management: Manage labor and paper costs, monitor inventory levels, and execute purchases in accordance with established budgets.
  • Quality Control: Cook and prepare menu items as needed, ensuring strict compliance with established food quality, preparation, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Compliance & Administration: Prepare personnel records, manage shift assignments, and ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations (including ADA and FMLA standards).
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Drive local sales through effective shift execution, marketing plans, and positive guest relations.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • At least 1 year of leadership or management experience within the restaurant or retail industry.
  • A comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the highest degree of integrity.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to safely perform essential job functions and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
