Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing high-volume restaurant operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability by monitoring labor, food, and operational expenses.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing guest feedback promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotions and drive customer engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in a buffet-style concept.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic financial reporting.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
