General Manager - Fast Casual Counter Service

Location: Leominster, MA

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually

Job Type: Full-Time (Open Availability: Days, Nights, Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Lead, coach, and develop a management team (3–5 leaders) and a staff of 25–30 team members
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and build strong guest relationships
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and team-focused work environment
  • Work a combination of opening and closing shifts

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18
  • High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
  • 2–3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • 2–3 years of food service experience
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Strong professional references
