Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and brand standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a management team (3–5 leaders) and a staff of 25–30 team members
- Drive financial performance through cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience and build strong customer relationships
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Foster a positive, high-energy, team-driven culture
- Work a mix of opening and closing shifts

Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- High school diploma required; additional education preferred
- 2–3 years of restaurant management or leadership experience
- 2–3 years of food service experience
- ServSafe Certification preferred
