Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and brand standards
• Recruit, train, and develop a management team (3–5 leaders) and a staff of 25–30 team members
• Drive financial performance through cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and build strong customer relationships
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Foster a positive, high-energy, team-driven culture
• Work a mix of opening and closing shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• High school diploma required; additional education preferred
• 2–3 years of restaurant management or leadership experience
• 2–3 years of food service experience
• ServSafe Certification preferred
• Strong professional references
