Dual Hotel General Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 + 10% bonus

We are seeking a Dual Hotel General Manager to oversee two select-service properties in Indianapolis.

This role is best suited for a General Manager who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, leading from the floor, and maintaining consistency across two assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across both hotels, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance

• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability

• Lead and support department heads; ensure teams are aligned and operating effectively

• Maintain Marriott brand standards and monitor guest satisfaction metrics

• Manage labor and operating costs while supporting revenue performance

• Provide regular updates and reporting to ownership

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a General Manager within Marriott select-service brands (Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, Courtyard, etc.)

• Experience overseeing multiple hotels or complex operations preferred

• Solid financial acumen and experience managing hotel budgets and performance metrics

• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team support and accountability

• Familiarity with Marriott systems and brand expectations
