Your Role as Culinary Manager

As the Culinary Manager, you will oversee both culinary and retail operations, driving execution, team performance, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all back-of-house operations, including food production and meat fabrication
  • Oversee wine bar and retail operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Manage P&L performance, including labor, inventory, and COGS
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing culinary team
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards (ServSafe preferred)
  • Deliver consistent quality, presentation, and execution standards
  • Drive guest satisfaction, repeat business, and online reputation

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Culinary Manager, Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Chef
  • Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, and kitchen systems
  • Experience with high-quality ingredients, scratch kitchens, or premium products
  • Meat cutting or butcher experience is a strong plus
  • Background in retail, grocery, or hybrid concepts is highly preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and build culture
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
