What You’ll Do

As a Kitchen Manager, you will take ownership of back-of-house operations and lead your team to execute at a high level:

• Drive daily kitchen performance with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Hire, train, and develop a strong culinary team
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost management
• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Partner with leadership on menu execution and operational goals
• Create a culture of accountability in a high-volume setting

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Kitchen Manager or BOH leadership experience
• Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
• Strong knowledge of food cost control and inventory systems
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Culinary training or certification is a plus
