Assistant Manager | Quick-Service Restaurant

Location: Cape Girardeau, Missouri

Salary: $45,000 – $53,000 + bonus + benefits

What the role looks like

• Running shifts and keeping service moving during high-volume periods
• Leading, coaching, and holding team members accountable in real time
• Managing labor, breaks, and positioning to match business flow
• Ensuring food quality, speed, and cleanliness standards are met
• Supporting hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members
• Handling cash controls, deposits, and basic administrative tasks
• Stepping in wherever needed—front line, drive-thru, or kitchen

• 2+ years previous restaurant management experience

• Strong communication and team leadership skills
