Finance Manager

We are partnering with a growing hospitality platform to identify a Finance Manager who will support the continued expansion of the business across multiple concepts and locations.

This role will report directly to senior finance leadership and will play a key part in financial planning, analysis, and process development within a multi-entity environment.

Position Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, feasibility analysis, and reporting. This individual will also assist in building and improving financial processes and supporting the implementation of systems as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial models, including feasibility analyses for new projects and developments
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
• Assist in the implementation of an ERP system, including data mapping and process alignment
• Develop and improve financial reporting, SOPs, and internal processes
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions
• Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
• Support pre-opening financial planning for new locations

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, preferably within hospitality
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience working in a multi-unit or multi-entity environment
• Exposure to ERP systems or system implementations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation

• Base salary targeted around $100K
