Title of Position: Area Director of Finance

Compensation: $160k to $180k plus 30% bonus and full benefits.

Job Description:

The Area Director of Finance will oversee financial operations for six properties and five AOAO communities, providing strategic financial oversight and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. This on-site leadership role requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced finance professional who can partner closely with the executive team to align financial initiatives with operational goals. The right candidate will lead a team of accounting professionals, analyze financial data to maximize profitability, and ensure the organization’s financial health through effective planning, reporting, and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• The Area Director of Finance must possess 3-5 years of senior-level finance or accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or property management sectors.
• Proven success in providing strategic financial oversight for multi-property portfolios or complex operations is essential.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting is required.
• The Area Director of Finance must have experience managing and developing accounting teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for this role.
