As the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead the daily execution of our morning and daytime shifts. You operate as the executive leader of your location, driving profitability, maintaining quality standards, and developing the next generation of hospitality leaders.


Core Responsibilities

  • Operations & Finance: Maintain full P&L accountability. You will actively manage food costs, maximize labor efficiency, execute strict inventory controls, and drive top-line sales growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new staff. You will mentor Assistant Managers and build a concrete succession plan to develop future leaders for our expanding footprint.
  • Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to our high culinary standards and exact recipes. You will maintain absolute compliance with all food safety protocols and Department of Health regulations.
  • Guest Experience: Act as the primary face of the shop. You will interact directly with guests and delivery partners, actively gathering feedback and converting it into actionable improvements for your team.
  • Tech Management: Oversee and maintain all digital ordering platforms, POS systems, and team scheduling tools. You will provide proactive troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly during peak morning rushes.


Job Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in operational restaurant management or kitchen management.
  • Skills: Strong executive leadership and organizational skills, with the proven ability to multitask effectively within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: High competence with modern computer systems, scheduling software, and digital ordering platforms.
  • Physical Requirements: The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently during daily physical operations.
