Looking for a well-established, high-volume General Manager for a key location in the Charlotte market- Concord, NC. This is a high-impact leadership role with an immediate need for someone who can step in, take ownership, and elevate both the team and overall operation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume environment (~$4M+)
• Building and developing a strong, engaged team
• Driving service standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Re-energizing the bar and guest experience
• Being a visible, hands-on leader during peak service times
• Creating a culture of accountability, energy, and hospitality

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant
• A hands-on leader who thrives on the floor — not behind a desk
• Strong focus on team development and training
• High energy, engaging personality — someone who leads from the front
• Ability to step into a situation and stabilize and improve performance quickly
• Multi-unit experience is a plus

• Base Salary: $80K – $100K (based on experience)
