Key Responsibilities – General Manager (Charlotte, NC)

Oversee Daily Operations: Lead all front- and back-of-house functions in a high-volume bar environment
Drive Guest Experience: Ensure consistent, high-energy, memorable service
Lead & Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor a strong hospitality team
Financial Performance: Manage P&L, budgeting, labor, and cost controls
Brand Growth: Execute local marketing initiatives and drive nightlife traffic
Compliance: Maintain all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

2–4+ years of bar or nightlife management experience (General Manager or senior leadership level preferred)
Proven success in a high-volume bar, nightclub, or nightlife venue
Strong leadership, team development, and coaching skills
Experience managing P&L, labor costs, and operational systems
High-energy personality with a passion for hospitality and nightlife
Knowledge of the Charlotte, NC hospitality or nightlife market is a strong plus
