About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Bar Operations Management: Support daily operations to ensure smooth, high-energy service
• Team Leadership: Lead shifts, coach staff, and develop future leaders
• Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Financial Performance: Assist with inventory, labor management, and cost controls
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to all alcohol, health, and safety regulations
• Marketing & Events: Support promotions, nightlife events, and local marketing initiatives
• Culture Development: Foster a positive, accountable, and team-driven environment

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of bar or nightlife management experience
• Proven ability to lead in a high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Hands-on, proactive management style
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost controls
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with the Charlotte, NC nightlife scene is a plus
