Job Description
Our General Managers are the executive leaders responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations, driving profitability, ensuring high-quality food, and cultivating hospitality. They oversee staff management, financial performance (food/labor costs), safety compliance, and inventory. Key roles include team development and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Maintains high food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with brand programs.
- Financial Performance: Manages food and labor costs, creates schedules, and reviews financial results to drive profitability.
- People Leadership: Recruits, trains, coaches, and develops team members and assistant managers, fostering a positive work culture.
- Guest Experience: Ensures a memorable experience for guests through prompt and friendly service.
- Inventory & Admin: Controls inventory, orders supplies, and maintains accurate administrative records.
Job Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of general management experience, typically in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or high-volume retail setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and computer proficiency (Word, Excel).
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certifications: ServSafe certification is usually preferred.
