IT Systems Specialist (Hospitality & Multi-Unit Operations)
Livingston, NJ | Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + Benefits

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Front-Line IT Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for corporate teams, remote users, and on-site restaurant and hotel leaders
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, POS systems, printers, and peripherals
- Support systems such as Aloha, Oracle Simphony, digital menu boards, time clocks, and laptops
- Handle user setup, permissions, password resets, and onboarding
Operations & Field Support
- Support multiple locations with both remote and occasional on-site troubleshooting
- Partner with vendors and manage escalations through resolution
- Ensure minimal downtime across revenue-driving systems
Systems & Application Support
- Work within platforms like Crunchtime and WeConnect
- Assist with reporting, programming, and system optimization
Network & Infrastructure
- Support basic network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Assist with backups, recovery processes, and system reliability
- Work with tools such as Meraki and telecom systems
Security & Administration
- Perform malware remediation and support cybersecurity best practices
- Manage spam filtering and email security tools
- Maintain device and mobile plan administration
Asset & Inventory Management
- Track IT inventory, equipment, and supplies
- Coordinate hardware ordering and logistics
What You Bring
- 3+ years in IT support (Help Desk, Desktop Support, Systems Support, etc.)
- Experience supporting multiple locations or remote users
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint)
- Proven troubleshooting ability across systems, networks, and devices
- Ability to manage vendors and see issues through to completion
- Clear, professional communication skills
What Sets You Apart
- Experience supporting POS systems in restaurant or hospitality environments
- Familiarity with Crunchtime, Oracle Simphony, or similar platforms
- Exposure to network administration or certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-unit operations
