A highly respected, high-volume catering and events venue is seeking an Executive Chef to take full ownership of its culinary program. This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who thrives in fast-paced, event-driven environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional food at scale.

What You’ll Own
- Lead all culinary operations across large-scale catering and private events
- Execute high-volume banquet service with consistency, precision, and elevated presentation
- Oversee menu development, including seasonal updates and event-specific offerings
- Drive food cost controls, purchasing, and inventory management to meet financial targets
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing culinary team across prep, line, and banquet staff
- Ensure seamless execution of weddings, corporate events, and large-format functions
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Partner with event and operations teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience
- Establish systems, structure, and accountability within the kitchen
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or strong Executive Sous Chef ready to step up
- Background in high-volume catering, banquet, or events-driven environments
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Solid understanding of food cost control, labor management, and kitchen systems
- Ability to execute under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
