What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, headhunt, and interview top-tier management talent (GMs, Chefs, District Managers) for our restaurant clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing and screening to coaching candidates through the interview process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality talent through networking, social media, and cold outreach.
  • Negotiate offers and "close" placements to trigger your commissions.


Who You Are:

  • The Industry Pro: You have a solid background in Restaurant Management (GM, AGM, or Executive Chef). You understand the grind and know what makes a great manager.
  • The Self-Starter: You don’t need a boss looking over your shoulder. You wake up hungry and set your own pace.
  • The Communicator: You are persuasive, professional, and excellent at reading people over the phone or video.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in restaurant leadership/management is highly preferred.
