Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily lodge operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency. You will develop and execute strategic plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and profitability, working in close partnership with the leadership team. Your leadership will be key in mentoring and supporting team members, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the lodge’s commitment to excellence. A primary aspect of your role is to monitor financial performance, identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance property profitability, and uphold exceptional service standards. You will also ensure full compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements, reflecting a steadfast commitment to operational integrity. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and position the lodge as a premier destination is essential, as is serving as the primary point of contact for guests—promptly addressing issues and maintaining the lodge’s strong reputation through proactive leadership and dedicated service.

Qualifications:
· 3 to 5+ years of proven experience as a General Manager in a limited or select-service hotel environment.
