What You’ll Do as Department Manager

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of hourly associates in your department (Front of House, Back of House, or Kitchen – depending on your strengths)
• Drive exceptional guest service and maintain high food quality and safety standards
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, labor costs, and P&L accountability
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to hit performance goals
• Partner with the General Manager and other department leaders to make the new store opening a huge success
• Create a fun, energetic atmosphere where team members love coming to work

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management or strong supervisory experience (fast-casual or full-service preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a high-volume environment
• Passion for great food, outstanding service, and creating memorable experiences
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (we’re open 7 days)
• Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain one)
• High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine love for the restaurant industry
