Operations Manager | High Energy Hospitality & Lifestyle Venue

A fast paced hospitality and entertainment concept in the Miami Beach market is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead and stabilize a growing multi venue operation entering its next phase of expansion and repositioning.

The property blends food and beverage, nightlife energy, outdoor experiences, and hospitality into one destination driven environment. Leadership is looking for a hands on operator who can act as the operational backbone underneath an experienced General Manager while helping elevate execution, accountability, guest experience, and team performance across the property.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in environments that are still evolving and improving, not someone looking for a perfectly polished corporate structure.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Supporting the General Manager in all day to day operations
• Leading floor operations across multiple hospitality outlets and guest touchpoints
• Coaching and developing junior managers and hourly teams
• Driving consistency in service execution, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
• Assisting with scheduling, labor controls, inventory oversight, and operational systems
• Helping ownership and leadership prepare for a larger scale property refresh and growth phase
• Being highly visible on the floor during peak periods, events, and weekends
• Troubleshooting operational issues in real time while maintaining guest experience standards
• Creating structure, urgency, and accountability within the operation

What We Are Looking For

• Strong hospitality operations background in restaurants, nightlife, hotels, lifestyle venues, or multi concept environments
• Hands on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor
• Experience operating in high volume, fast paced environments
• Comfortable managing through change, growth, and operational evolution
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to balance guest experience with operational discipline
• Experience with event driven environments is a plus
• Miami market experience is highly preferred

Compensation & Opportunity

• Base salary targeted around $80K to $90K
