Some venues sell tables. This opportunity is about building a scene.
We are working with a hospitality group behind one of South Beach’s most unique lifestyle driven food, beverage, nightlife, and social concepts. The footprint is massive. The energy is high. The potential is even bigger.
The property includes multiple revenue environments ranging from elevated dining and cocktail experiences to outdoor social spaces, nightlife driven activations, private events, branded experiences, and VIP gatherings.
The goal is simple: Create demand. Fill the venue. Build recurring business. Turn the property into a destination.
We are looking for a high level Events & Revenue Leader who thrives on relationships, partnerships, networking, and creating experiences people talk about after they leave.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Driving private event, corporate, nightlife, and social business across multiple venue spaces
• Building relationships with concierges, luxury brands, promoters, local businesses, influencers, VIP clientele, and corporate decision makers
• Creating recurring event concepts and revenue generating activations
• Prospecting aggressively throughout the Miami market instead of waiting for inbound inquiries
• Helping position the venue as a go to destination in South Beach
• Collaborating closely with ownership and operations leadership to execute high level guest experiences
• Developing partnerships that increase visibility, bookings, and long term revenue
• Bringing creativity, hustle, and entrepreneurial thinking to the business
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in hospitality event sales, nightlife sales, restaurant sales, luxury lifestyle events, or experiential hospitality
• Existing Miami network and relationships are highly preferred
• Someone proactive, outgoing, and commercially minded
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, evolving, high visibility environment
• Ability to both sell the vision and execute the details
• Strong understanding of revenue generation, event strategy, and guest experience
• Experience driving business for restaurants, lounges, nightlife venues, hotels, or entertainment driven concepts
Compensation
• Base salary in the $80K to $90K range
• Aggressive commission and incentive opportunities
• Significant upside for someone who can truly drive business
