Your Role and Responsibilities


As a Line Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen operations. Your daily tasks will focus on delivering consistent, high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.


  • Execute the Menu: Prepare and cook dishes according to our exacting recipes and quality standards, ensuring every plate meets our commitment to culinary excellence.
  • Maintain Station Efficiency: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, keeping pace with high service volumes during peak dining hours.
  • Ensure Food Safety: Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature controls.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work seamlessly with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and front-of-house staff to guarantee smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels at your station, minimizing waste and ensuring ingredients are utilized effectively.
