Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless service execution
  • Manage and mentor service teams, fostering a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and accountability
  • Maintain elevated service standards in alignment with the resort’s luxury dining expectations
  • Oversee scheduling, labor management, and daily floor operations to ensure operational efficiency
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth communication and execution between FOH and BOH teams
  • Assist with staff training, coaching, and ongoing development initiatives
  • Handle guest relations and service recovery with professionalism and urgency
  • Monitor labor costs, operational performance, and overall guest satisfaction metrics
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout all dining areas
