Are you a passionate culinary leader ready to take charge of a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen? We’re seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager in Wyomissing, PA to join an established, team-oriented restaurant group in Berks County. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on quality, consistency, and developing people.

Position: Kitchen Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all back-of-house operations for a busy restaurant in Wyomissing, PA, including food prep, line execution, and expo
• Hire, train, schedule, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
• Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to meet budgeted goals
• Ensure compliance with all health department regulations and company SOPs
• Partner with FOH management to drive guest satisfaction and efficient service
• Control labor through smart scheduling and real-time floor management
• Execute menu rollouts, specials, and maintain recipe consistency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or pub environment
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, food/labor cost controls, and P&L responsibility
• ServSafe Certified preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Passion for scratch cooking, staff development, and operational excellence

Compensation Package

• $75,000 – $85,000 annual salary based on experience
• 100% paid benefits including medical, dental, and vision
• Bonus potential tied to performance and store profitability
