An established, high-volume casual dining restaurant in Southwest Florida is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, develop team performance, and maintain a consistent guest experience. This is an opportunity to join a well-respected operation with strong community presence, steady sales volume, and a culture built around hospitality, accountability, and execution.


The right candidate is comfortable on the floor, enjoys coaching teams in real time, and understands what it takes to keep a busy restaurant operating smoothly from open to close.


  • Support all front-of-house and back-of-house operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and supervisors
  • Ensure service standards are executed consistently and professionally
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily staffing decisions
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Help drive sales through strong floor leadership and guest engagement
  • Assist with inventory controls, ordering, and cost management initiatives
  • Partner with senior leadership to execute operational goals and company initiatives


What We Are Looking For


  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service dining environment
  • Strong understanding of labor management, guest service, and shift execution
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume setting
  • Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience with scheduling, coaching, and performance management
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require
  • Stable employment history with demonstrated progression in leadership roles


Compensation & Details


  • Base Salary: $55,000 – $60,000
