A well-established, high-volume casual dining restaurant is seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team in Watchung, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing and leading high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

Lead daily front and back of house operations to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.
Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and controllable costs.
Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable dining experiences.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health department regulations.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume casual dining environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Proven ability to motivate and develop hourly team members and supervisors.
Experience managing labor, food costs, and operational budgets.
Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
