The Role

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can move comfortably between the dining room and the kitchen. Someone who enjoys developing people, solving problems, maintaining standards, and creating an environment where both guests and team members want to return.

You'll work alongside a strong leadership team to drive operations, develop future leaders, and help create an exceptional experience every day.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading daily restaurant operations

• Supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house teams

• Coaching, training, and developing team members

• Managing labor, food cost, and operational standards

• Maintaining food quality and consistency

• Building schedules and supporting staffing needs
